SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-14 business days given the hand-knit nature of our pieces. All packages are shipped out of Ohio via USPS ground. Once an order is shipped, expect to receive it in 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. Although we will do everything we can to deliver your order on time, please know that we at Maminahandmade.com are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Order and Shipment Confirmation
After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you regarding your order details. Once your order is on its way, an email will be sent to you with shipment details and a tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase for another Mamina purchase of equal value or for a merchandise credit. All returned items must be UNWORN in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note: Items purchased during a MAMINA HANDMADE SALE OR AT AN EVENT ARE FINAL! If you would like to exchange an item and that same item is no longer available, an item of equal value will be offered or a merchandise credit will be issued. Since all of the items are hand knitted, waiting times may vary.

Shipping costs for returning an item are your own responsibility and will not be paid for by Mamina. Mamina is not responsible for any incident, damage, or loss in shipping.

Issuing a Refund
We will only offer a refund if the item received was faulty. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal, or as a store credit. We will also not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address imputed into our site.

Cancellations
Because the Mamina team hand knits every item, production times may take longer as advertised. Once an order is received and in process, cancellations will not be accepted. Customer satisfactory is our number one goal and we do our best to get all of our orders out to you in a timely fashion.
